Why does it take so long for tech tips to be updated?  Bottom line - no excuse sir.  We were able to utilize the senior technical crew to corner Brian for a hot - updated  Tech Tips.  This week he's talking hot rubber.  I guess that means tires.

 
 Sullivan Motorsports is commited to competing at the highest level of racing in the Northeast.  With a rich tradition and a history of success, Sullivan Motorsports will compete for a championship in the 2007 Thompson Modified Series.  Following a 2006 campaign that garnered "Rookie of the Year" honors, Tim Sullivan will enter the 2007 season with renewed energy, fresh engines, and a hunger for the championship.

Sullivan Pulls Out Second Win in A Row In Duel With Larson Jr.
  As storm clouds gathered over much of New England Thursday night, Tim Sullivan thundered to the front of the pack again gaining his second straight Thompson Modified win and his third of the young season. Sullivan’s win moved him into sole possession of first place in the point standings as rival Roger Larson Jr. trails by only 2 points.

SOUTH WINDSOR - Thompson Modified driver Tim Sullivan of South Windsor didn't realize how much elementary school students knew about race cars when he arrived at South Windsor's Philip R. Smith School Thursday.  He was brought up to speed in a hurry.

7 JUN -Sights and Sounds of the Speedway Appear at Philip R. Smith School - Sullivan Motorsports Presents Awards To “Design our Car” Winners

  Over 500 students of Philip R. Smith Elementary witnessed the “Fastest Show and Tell” in South Windsor today as Sullivan Motorsports recognized the winners of their car design contest. Driver and owner of the Thompson Speedway #51 entry presented plaques and certificates to 18 finalists and the top three overall winners in front of the entire student body Thursday morning.  (Click here for more)
